Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item has arrived damaged. All refunds will be for the price of the returned item(s) and tax (if applicable), but not the cost of shipping.

An item may be returned for a refund or exchange up to 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in the original, unused condition as shipped to the customer. A refund will be issued to the card you used when placing your order. Refunds usually take to 5-10 business days to hit your account. Items received after 21 days will be refunded via store credit. All sale items are final.

Please include the email you used when you placed the order with all returns. If you would like to exchange an item, please let us know what size you would like to exchange for on the packing slip that was shipped with your order. All returns can be sent to the return address on the shipping label or the address on the insert card
