An item may be returned for a refund or exchange up to 14 days from the date of delivery. The item must be in the original, unused condition as shipped to the customer. A refund will be issued to the card you used when placing your order. Refunds usually take to 5-10 business days to hit your account. Items received after 21 days will be refunded via store credit.
