 LeeAnn is the new CEO of WomenVenture, a non-profit organization and economic development agency that helps women and BIPOC entrepreneurs achieve economic success through small business ownership. Prior to joining WomenVenture, LeeAnn spent more than 15 years in private sector focused on marketing, digital and enterprise strategies at Fortune 1000 companies within consumer retail and financial services. After serving for almost four years on the Board of WomenVenture, LeeAnn found herself ready to follow through on a personal goal to make a greater impact in the diversity, equity, and inclusion space. WomenVenture is a perfect choice to continue her work advocating for women in business, being part of the childcare crisis solution, and elevating racial equity.
